How is your Holiday shopping going? I’ve gotten a few (and by that I mean like, 3) gifts taken care of – so I’ve got a long ways to go. But it’s still early, right?

Last week I shared my list of the top foodie gifts of 2010 and today I’d like to share the top gifts for the health obsessed. You know the kind, always active, probably drinking green juice along with their quinoa salad and maybe they even have a food blog! :) Here are some of my favorites this year!

  1. Subscription to Nutrition Action Newsletter: This health newsletter always has great (and readable) research on the latest health topics – truly a publication you can trust!
  2. Lululemon Gear: I’m in love with this entire store. These clothes will motivate anyone to workout! (Taster, I’ll take anything on the site ;) )
  3. Whole Foods Market Gift Card: Or a gift card to a local coop. A gift that the health obsessed in your life will definitely use.
  4. How to Cook Everything Vegetarian, by Mark Bittman. You don’t have to be a vegetarian to love this cookbook. It is full of the basics and includes more than 2,000 recipes!
  5. iTunes Giftcard: They are going to need the newest songs to workout! (Todays top song according to itunes is Firework by Katy Perry – FYI)
  6. Clean Eating Magazine: This magazine has consistently delicious and healthy recipes that the entire family will enjoy.

What would you add to the list?

Oh, and there areĀ some kids in Honduras who could use a little bit of your Holiday spirit. Because isn’t helping others what the Holidays are all about anyway? Visit Holly’s blog for more details.

Great list. I’m terrified of going to Lululemon. I haven’t bought anything from their yet because I know once I do, I’ll become obsessed! What’s your favorite item?

I think a healthy cooking class is also a great gift or a yoga mat. I did gifts for the fitness enthusiast on my blog if you need more ideas. :)

I haven’t even bought 1 gift yet but I do have a list with all the gifts I’m getting everyone. I’m hoping to make a dent in the purchasing of these gifts over the weekend :)

Great list! I’ve recently started reading a magazine called “Natural Health”. I really like that they cover a wide range of topics (health, healthy eating, fitness, beauty, living green) and always give great natural recomendations. I’ve actually asked for this subscription for Christmas! However, I most likely will not get it because my husband thinks I have too many subscriptions already :( Just might have to get it for myself:)

I would like to second the grocery gift card! That’s definitely something I’d use! :) One other idea is a gift card to something like ExerciseTV.com so your recipient can stock up on new workout DVD’s!

I like the clean eating magazine idea! I might have to steal it ;) I need new sneakers really bad so those are on top of my Christmas list!

On my list is the Vita Mix :-) Also, how about a Trader Joe’s gift card inside of one of their reusable grocery bags. Love the idea for the exercise TV gift card!

Everything adds up so I hope that even if people can only give $5, that they would do so! The people in Haiti are so inspiring in that way – they always give, even if they have nothing themselves.

I love this list! I would say Itunes is one of the best things out there. I have so many songs on my wish list I need to just bite the bullet and buy them! I have never been in a Lululemon and am kinda scared—I hear their products are great but cost a fortune!
