in my cupboard: hemp bagel

Ahhh, how I love French Meadow Bakery’s Hemp Bagel.  It’s made with sprouted grains and boasts 19 grams of protein and 13 grams of fiber. It’s an easy, portable breakfast or lunch that also provides omega-3 fatty acids from Hemp.  Oh and it is delicious.  If only all bagels were this good for you….

Thanks for the review! I haven’t tried them, but will definitely have my eye out. They sound delicious! I love a hearty, grainy bagel.
