review: starbucks vivanno

The Vivanno smoothie from Starbucks was a great “away-from-home” option for a smoothie.  I don’t have a blender at my desk yet :(  This was deliciously creamy but not overly sweet.

I tried the Orange Mango Banana with Matcha – it includes a whole banana, mango juice a fiber-protein powder and matcha.  As always you can substitute the milk for soy if you so desire.
Here are the stats:
about 300 calories
6 grams of fiber
16 grams of protein
provides 35% of Vit A & 40% of Vit C

I love these… they are also great for after a work out as a recovery drink. the chocolate is almost as good if you add 2 shots of espresso
