We’re headed off camping this weekend, so most of our food will be simple and/or premade — muffins and yogurt for breakfast, sandwiches and pasta salads for lunch, and a couple of fun dinners — couscous, tempeh, and veg in foil packs on the coals one night, and beet and goat cheese salads another night! Woo camping!

Ooh, have fun camping! Love the veggie pack idea, I always forget about those!

Woot! Thanks for the love! That sandwich really is a killer :)

I was lucky enough to have food made for me all weekend – not complaining about that one!

Grilled pizzas are pretty much top of my to-do list though!

Is it bad that when I scanned the menu the alcoholic drinks called my name the most?! haha.

Hope you had a happy 4th!
