St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner, and you probably have your festivities planned. They might include corned beef. They probably include green beer, or at least a guinness. Hopefully they include some live Irish music, with corned beef AND green beer.

I’m not yet sure what Saturday will bring for me, but we celebrated a little early with some reubens the other night. Homemade reubens (sometimes even made with tofu) are a favorite of mine. Here are some great recipes to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with!

Last weekend was the annual Natural Products Expo West show in Anaheim. This is my 5th year attending and I’ve always loved going! Walking the show is so much more laid back compared to the first three years when I was planning the show – such a different experience.

Here are some of my favorites new food/beverage finds from the weekend:

Hooray Pureed Vegetables: perfect for adding into mac & cheese, sauces, baked goods, etc. Available online currently and coming to stores soon!

Go Live Probiotic Water: comes in bottles or packets that you mix with water.

Earth Balance Coconut Peanut Butter. Need I say more? Absolutely delicious.

Rush Bowls: blended fruit + granola topping (sold frozen). Really yummy and a fun summer breakfast.

Naked Pizza:not your ordinary pizza crust – this one is made with all sorts of whole grains and probiotics!

Milk Makers: cookies to boost milk supply! (for Moms) :)

Avitae Caffeinated Water: yup.

Bar Gelato: Naia’s hand-crafted, artisan gelato in a bar form. Salted Caramel is ridiculous. (And the bar has less than 200 calories)!

Wildbrine: naturally fermented sauerkrauts and kimchi. The sauerkraut was amazing, and while I’m not normally a fan of kimchi, I liked this!
